This Samura Reptile  Santoku knife has a traditional Japanese geometry, with its spine descended to the point. This shape with a forward-shifted centre of gravity is ideal for chopping, shredding, and a variety of other activities. Undulating notches above the cutting edge line prevent food from adhering to the blade in use.
