I don't see this one on your website, are you able to get it for me?
Yes, typically our suppliers will have stock and we can arrange to get it specially for you. Please email us or give us a call with the product name and manufacturers' part number (where possible) and we will get back to you with price and availability. If you then provide us with your name, delivery address and a telephone number for payment details we will order this item for you and process as normal. These "special orders" must be paid for in advance and are not refundable unless there is a defect with the item. In this case we will speak with you to organise return and replacement or a refund as appropriate.
I live outside the UK, are you able to ship there? How much is it in my local currency?
Yes, if you place your order as normal on kotura.uk, we will add the shipping costs (listed on kotura.uk/shipping). We will charge you in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and your card company will convert to your local currency. When placing your order please be sure to put your card address down exactly as it appears on your statement so that we can obtain authorisation from your bank.
Are you able to supply me with some spare screws/blade/parts?
Unfortunately, the manufacturers will not supply us with these items. You will need to contact the manufacturer direct. Most of the manufacturers that we deal with have their own website with a "contact us" section. If you email them with your request they will usually sort these spares out for you.
How do you know how old I am? When will you need proof of my age?
We will not sell a knife or anything with a blade to anyone under the age of 18. We actively check that all customers buying these items are aged over 18 years. One of our sources of information is the UK Register of Electors. If we have been unable to satisfactorily confirm your age you will then be contacted and asked to send to us proof of your age by post, email or photo-SMS. This may be in the form of a copy of your passport, driving licence or other government-issued ID. We will then release your order and you will not need to provide this information again as it will be held on file.
I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I pay direct into your bank account?
Yes, if you want to place an order just email us with the product codes, your name, delivery address and a telephone number we will email you back with a total amount and our bank details and you can then deposit this direct into our account. As soon as it clears we can process your order as normal.
I don't have a bank account, can I pay using Paypal or a Postal Order?
Yes, we accept Postal Orders and Paypal. However we will require proof of age if you are using either of these methods. This is because we will not be able to satisfactorily confirm your age as over eighteen. Proof may be in the form of a copy of your passport, driving licence or other government-issued ID. Please note that once your age has been confirmed, any future orders will be free of age verification delays.
Do you ship to APO?
Yes! Please place your order as normal on kotura.uk and we will process it for you. For your "Delivery Country", please select your home nation, for example "United States of America". There is a weight limit of 2kg on items shipped to APO.
Do you ship to BFPO?
