If you then provide us with your name, delivery address and a telephone number for payment details we will order this item for you and process as normal. These "special orders" must be paid for in advance and are not refundable unless there is a defect with the item. Unfortunately, the manufacturers will not supply us with these items. You will need to contact the manufacturer direct. Most of the manufacturers that we deal with have their own website with a "contact us" section. If you email them with your request they will usually sort these spares out for you.
