The Samura Damascus Santoku has the perfect weight balance and hardness to chop through bones with a single stroke. While holding this knife you will feel lightness in hand and total control for maximum precision.
Like any santoku knife, Samura’s tool combines the best features and qualities of a cleaver knife and a chef’s knife. The spine descends into a point and has a forward-shifted center of gravity, owing to which a lot less effort is needed for any task. You will feel like you are dancing on the cutting board.
The handle of the knife is made of a G10 high-pressure fiberglass laminate material, which is resistant to the hot temperatures of dishwashing machines and is simply very durable.
