A chicken, quail or small duck will be prepared very easily with the Petromax Poultry Roaster CF30. Placed on the cast-iron roaster, the poultry will be evenly cooked thanks to the optimal heat distribution design.
While the meat is sizzling in the oven or on the grill, surplus fat and meat juices will flow into the drip pan. The poultry will thus gain a delicious and crusty skin outside and thanks to the hole filled with spices, herbs and stock also a great flavour inside. It is a simple design perfectly suited to outdoor cooking.
