The Due Cigni 1896 Kitchen knife is proudly made in Italy, a stamp of quality in both design and manufacture. The Ham Knife has a nice flat blade edge and flat grind, perfectly suited to slicing a ham joint. It is available with a 24 or 26cm blade.

 

Due Cigni uses German 4116 X50CrMoV15 stainless steel which will retain an edge very nicely. The handle is Walnut wood which has a lovely feel and attractive grain.
