Maserin Tegi Steak Knife
The Italian made Maserin Tegi Steak Knife is a kitchen knife with a laser-cut blade in a steel with a high content of Carbon for cut and hardness, and with Chromium that makes the steel 'stainless', also with Molybdenum which increases protection against oxidation and with Vanadium which increases the duration of the edge. The special tempering process with nitrogen gives the blade a 58 HRC Rockwell hardness.
The handle is Solid paper! This material in made from 100% recycled paper and natural resin. Its beauty in unique combined with excellent functionality. With natural pigments the color changes in various designs. It is an abrasion resistant material and is water repellent.
